Who is responsible
This website and the browser solver at app.multibodysystemsdynamics.com are operated by JAlcocerTech – Jesús Alcocer Tagua (“we”), a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. For anything related to your data, write to hello@multibodysystemsdynamics.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request the ebook. The name, email address, problem area and message you type into the form. With each submission we also store the date, the country Cloudflare derives from your connection and the page you sent it from. We use this only to reply to you and to scope a possible engagement.
When you browse. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, browser, requested URL) to deliver pages and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page statistics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
When you use the browser solver. The solver runs entirely on your device. Mechanism parameters, results and exported files are computed in your browser and never sent to us. The app stores its own program files in your browser’s cache so it can work offline; you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell or share personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Legal basis
Enquiries and ebook requests are processed to answer your request and take steps before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Request data and aggregate statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, or for as long as an engagement requires, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by emailing hello@multibodysystemsdynamics.com. You can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
